Description

• Lead a post-sales support team • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members • Manage workload volume and report metrics to upper management • Implement and improve internal reporting processes • Establish relationships with product, engineering, and sales teams • Oversee escalation management • Mentor team members for skill development • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to address product issues

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of working directly with customers in Technical Support Team • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • Excellent presentation skills and strong leadership presence • Firm grasp of network and application protocols • Experience with Cloud/SaaS software products • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Cisco/Juniper certification strongly preferred (CCNA/JNCP, etc) • Initiative to learn new skills/technologies and stay up to date with trends
