• Provide solutions-based support to the company's most important customers• Deploy, troubleshoot, and support the ThreatConnect product and related technologies• Work remotely or travel to debug and solve complex problems with the software and customer's infrastructure• Stay up to date on the latest ThreatConnect platform and features• Communicate with customers and internal teams to diagnose and solve technical issues
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field OR equivalent experience• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in the computer network security industry• Expert Level knowledge of Linux Operating Systems• Understanding of Java Software environment, Java Virtual machines, and diagnosing methodologies• Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies like JBOSS, MySQL, Postgres, SAP HANA
• Work with a top cybersecurity company and team• Be part of the growth of an already successful organization• Exposure to Fortune 500 customers in various business domains
