• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, and offboarding) for employees across multiple states. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law in multiple states. • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, benefits, and HR processes. • Partner with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. • Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-state organization. • Broad knowledge of HR compliance, payroll processes, benefits, and employee relations. • Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Rippling, ADP, or similar preferred). • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
