Description
• Enroll prospective members in Thyme Care's support program • Complete outbound calls to 80-100 potential members daily • Build relationships and understand member needs • Explain and enroll members in the program
Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish • 2+ years experience in healthcare-related role • Comfort with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and electronic health records • Quiet, secure working space for remote work
Benefits
• Full-time non-exempt position • $24.03/hour pay rate • 11 paid holidays per year • Shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm EST or 11:30am-8pm EST • Work up to 2 holidays per year • Full training provided
