• You are responsible for the People Experience • You confidently navigate all employment-related legal matters • You maintain and monitor our HR data • You organize onboarding for new colleagues and manage the offboarding process • You manage occupational reintegration (return-to-work) processes
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on Human Resources • Several years of professional experience in HR • Extensive knowledge of employment law • Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous work style • Fluent German at native-speaker level
