📋 Description

• Ensure accurate documentation of the Fixed Services product portfolio, including Voice, VoIP, Signaling, and Capacity, in inventory tools based on project low-level design • Maintain service and network data by creating and updating low-level configurations in dedicated inventory systems according to internal routing guidelines • Collaborate with Regional Technical Managers (RTMs) • Support high-level and low-level design activities for projects such as TDM/VoIP implementations • Ensure data quality and consistency • Support continuous improvement and cleanup of documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a mobile or fixed telecom operator is an asset • Understanding of telecom networks and topology, including core network elements and their functions • Knowledge of service fulfillment and telecom operational processes is an advantage • Familiarity with voice switching and routing protocols and services, including TDM and VoIP • Familiarity with transmission technologies, including SDH and IP • Basic SS7 signaling knowledge • Interest in working with configuration data across different systems and tools • Strong analytical skills • Attention to quality • Results-oriented mindset • Good command of spoken and written English
