• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor • Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable • Actively Listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences • Travel within your assigned territory meeting prospective and current customers and introduce our products • Set up field demonstrations and Collect Data from them to generate future sales • Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events • Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area
• A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience • Sales experience (or motivation to learn) • Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute • Passion for sustainable agriculture • Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust • Valid Driver’s License
