📋 Description

• You are the central interface between product and customer • You guide prospects and customers in digitizing their processes — from the first demo to successful everyday use • Conduct online demos & product presentations • Advise customers on digitizing their processes • Guide prospects through to the decision (including closing) • Manage existing customers and expand collaboration • Support onboarding and implementation • Present TimeSec at events and conferences • Work closely with Product and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German skills (C2 / native) • Enjoy direct customer contact • Interest in digitalization and SaaS • Open-minded, strong communication skills and empathy • Solution-oriented thinking • Comfortable with presentations and customer calls • Ideally some prior customer-facing experience (not mandatory)
