Description
• Provide assistance and coordination for the Sales Director's schedule • Manage meetings and events in the department • Monitor calendar entries for smooth meeting processes • Create professional presentations, reports, and documents • Attend strategic meetings and create efficient protocols • Organize business trips and ensure smooth travel preparations • Maintain an efficient and organized work environment for the Leadership Team • Partial remote work with occasional office days
Requirements
• Completed commercial training or similar qualification • Experience in a similar assistant role or supporting executives • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong communication skills and professional manner • Discretion and handling of sensitive information • Team player with ability to collaborate with other departments • Fluent in German and English • Ability to work effectively under pressure
