📋 Description

• Preparation of strategic legal opinions for internal areas, focusing on risk mitigation and decision-making support • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, policy clauses, terms and conditions, and other strategic documents • Advisory support to Claims, Product, Business, Commercial and Partnerships teams • Assessment of legal and regulatory impacts, with a focus on SUSEP, CNSP and legislation applicable to the insurance sector • Legal support in the development, structuring and launch of new products and operations • Participation in strategic meetings with internal stakeholders, providing legal guidance and a risk perspective • Support for matters related to regulatory authorities (including responses to official notices and inquiries) • Monitoring and interpreting legislative and regulatory changes, and disseminating knowledge to the relevant areas • Legal support on reinsurance and coinsurance matters (when applicable)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Proven experience in the Insurance industry • Proven experience in advisory/consultative legal work • Intermediate level of English
