• Act as a liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams • Handle immigration cases, including application preparation and filing • Offer strategic advice to clients on immigration matters • Assist in developing and updating employment and immigration policies • Research international employment and immigration laws
• At least 5-7 years of experience in employment or immigration law • Prior experience working with an Employer of Record • Law degree and valid license to practice law • Ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Hustler mentality is a plus
