Description

• Full-Stack Engineer responsible for execution, both technically and culturally • Working on high-impact, user-facing products • Building state-of-the-art token compensation infrastructure that bridges to the real world • Achieving technical goals, coordinating with founders, and shipping code every day • Collaborating with sales and product team • Upholding best practices around code quality, strong typing, and API design • Establishing and improving best practices for engineering team • Interest or experience in working in a fast-paced remote-first startup • Building front-end and back-end systems, launching and scaling a product • Exceptional teamwork, analytical/problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering at a venture-backed startup • Ability to write quality, maintainable code in a fast-paced, agile software engineering environment • Pride in working on projects involving a wide variety of technologies and systems • Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy • Ability to work with different services and processes even if not previously familiar • Familiarity with high-quality code and software engineering processes • Interest or experience in working in a fast-paced remote-first startup • Exceptional teamwork, analytical/problem-solving, project management, and communication skills • Hustler mentality, experience with founding a company or building side projects is a plus! • North America Time Zone
