📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Organize activities from home between service visits • Prepare customer visits and write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally provide support in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification at Bac+2 level or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and their configuration • Experience in field-based after-sales service, customer-site maintenance, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a strong advantage • Customer-service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust • A valid Category B driving licence is essential
