📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Prepare customer visits from home • Write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally support colleagues and customers in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification at Bac+2 level or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and performing electromechanical troubleshooting • Fluency in French • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Experience in field service, on-site customer maintenance, commissioning, installation, or technical field support is a strong advantage • Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and their configuration • Valid Category B driving licence required • Strong customer-service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust
