📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Prepare customer visits from home • Write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and neighboring regions • Occasionally travel to other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year technical degree (Bac+2 or equivalent) in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and network configuration • Experience in field service, on-site customer maintenance, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a strong advantage • Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills • Valid Category B driving licence required
