📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and service operations • Prepare customer visits from home • Write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally provide support in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year technical degree (Bac+2) in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics or a similar field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks and their configuration • Experience in field service, customer-site maintenance, commissioning, installation or field technical support is a strong advantage • Customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills • Valid Category B driving licence required
