📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Organize work from home between service visits • Prepare customer visits, write service reports, and update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally provide support in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification at Bac+2 level or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-oriented environment • Experience in field service, maintenance at customer sites, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a significant advantage • Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and network configuration • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships of trust • A valid Category B driving licence is essential
