📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Prepare customer visits from home • Write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally travel to other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification at least equivalent to a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Experience in field service, maintenance at customer sites, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a significant advantage • Good computer skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and their configuration • A valid Category B driving licence is essential • Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships of trust with customers and colleagues
