📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality • Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and service work • Prepare customer visits from home • Write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Occasionally support colleagues and customers in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification at Bac+2 level or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Good computer skills, particularly with PC systems, networks and their configuration • Experience in field-based after-sales service, maintenance at customer sites, commissioning, installation or field technical support is a significant advantage • Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills • Valid Category B driving licence required • Willingness to travel primarily throughout Brittany and neighboring regions, with occasional travel to other regions of France
