📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting operations • Train operators and maintenance teams • Provide technical expertise and advise customers • Represent TOMRA with customers and contribute to service quality • Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service interventions • Prepare customer visits from home • Write service reports • Update technical documentation • Provide remote assistance when necessary • Work primarily in Brittany and neighboring regions • Occasionally provide support in other regions of France

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year technical degree in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field • Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems • Fluency in French • Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment • Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment • Experience in field service, maintenance at customer sites, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a strong advantage • Good computer skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and network configuration • Strong customer-service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust • A valid Category B driving licence is essential
