📋 Description

• Ensure deliveries are completed on time, within budget, and with a strong customer focus • Plan, organize and monitor the project lifecycle • Define scope, schedule, budget and success metrics • Facilitate communication between technical and business areas • Manage risks, impediments and scope changes • Lead ceremonies and tracking rituals (status meetings, dailies, etc.) • Report progress and results to stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in processes and management practices

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in IT or Digital environments • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects • Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK or similar) • Clear communication skills with technical teams and executives • Ability to analyze, prioritize and make data-driven decisions • Organized, with a sense of ownership and customer-result orientation • Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 or equivalents) - a plus • Experience in technology companies, consultancies or digital product environments - a plus • Prior experience in scaled agile environments (Squads, Tribes, OKRs) - a plus • Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global stakeholders - a plus
