📋 Description

• Model and configure Salesforce Field Service (resources, policies, scheduling rules, optimization, and field service flows) • Develop solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce DX • Build and enhance components with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures) • Design and implement integrations via REST, SOAP, and events (Platform Events, CDC) • Analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable solutions • Contribute to architecture design and define development standards • Ensure system integration and adherence to enterprise architecture • Recommend improvements based on market trends and best practices • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and distributed teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Field Service • 2+ years with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) • 1+ year of experience in the Energy & Utilities sector • Advanced experience with LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce DX • JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS • Strong experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC) • Experience with Git (versioning, branching, code review) • Solid functional analysis skills and solution design ability • Experience with system architecture and enterprise integrations
