📋 Description

• Take full ownership of building and managing a book of business • Focus on bringing in new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts • Utilize established relationships within the Tucson community to identify business opportunities • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies • Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships • Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI • Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy • Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required) • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goal • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business • Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required) • BA/BS degree (preferred)
