📋 Description

• Gestionar y responder cuidadosamente a todas las consultas de los clientes entrantes y salientes • Proporcionar un excelente servicio mediante la escucha activa • Trabajar con información confidencial de los clientes y tratarla cuidadosamente • Resolver situaciones con paciencia, empatía y comprensión desde el primer contacto • Mantener un continuo conocimiento práctico de los productos, servicios y promociones de los clientes • Documentar y actualizar con precisión los registros en los sistemas requeridos

🎯 Requirements

• Ser bachiller académico en adelante con disponibilidad de tiempo para laborar • Persona que cuente con un nivel de Frances Avanzado B2 o B2+ • Persona que viva en Bogotá • Sea una persona proactiva, responsable, empática y respetuosa • No es requerida la experiencia laboral
