📋 Description

• Provide competent and friendly advice to customers • Answer specialized questions by phone, email, and chat • Process requests carefully and in accordance with established procedures • Document activities in the database • Handle and independently maintain customer account-related requests • Provide customer support for online banking

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and empathy • Friendly and approachable manner • Very good written and spoken German • Experience in customer service and administrative tasks is an advantage • Flexibility to work throughout the full service period, Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. • Good computer skills • Internet provider must support the IPv4 standard
