📋 Description

• Support online advertisers by phone, chat, and email, and during scheduled appointments • Assist with managing advertising campaigns and with questions about invoices, account settings, technical issues, and ad performance • Handle customer inquiries in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Conduct proactive follow-ups and callbacks to provide tailored, solution-oriented support • Identify opportunities for additional sales and recommend appropriate products, features, and services

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German • Very good English skills • Strong service orientation with a friendly and patient demeanor • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal competence • Initial experience in online advertising and/or customer service is an advantage • Sales affinity and the ability to successfully recommend additional products and services • High technical affinity • Confident use of PC applications, the Internet, and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting
