📋 Description

• Achieve volume and profit targets in line with sales concepts and the approved budget • Manage and develop customer accounts in accordance with established company objectives • Implement regional sales promotion activities • Acquire new customers with a focus on profitability • Continuously identify market potential • Provide expert advice on sales and promotional materials while adhering to financial guidelines • Monitor market developments and competitor activity on an ongoing basis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, retail sales, or the grocery/food retail sector • Ideally a commercial/business qualification • Strong communication skills, confident negotiation abilities, and enjoyment of networking • Interest in KPIs and sales, and enthusiasm for the products • Confident use of digital media and willingness to contribute new ideas • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Willingness to travel • Flexibility regarding place of residence
