📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and execution, candidate communication, and offer support. • Support end-to-end team member lifecycle from onboarding, transitions, and through offboarding processes. • Assist with performance management cycles, feedback processes, and professional development initiatives. • Maintain team member records, documentation, and systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR), People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, or related fields. • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination. • Experience supporting multiple stages of the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
