📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle hiring across sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR • Build direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill roles • Assess candidate relevance and secure timely hiring decisions • Lead offer conversations through acceptance • Present hiring managers with evidence when the profile, search strategy, or interview process needs to change • Work directly with senior decision-makers, including the founder • Help shape how business hiring works within the developing Talent Acquisition function

🎯 Requirements

• In-house ownership of business or commercial hiring in a high-growth company • Breadth across several business functions, supported by clear hiring outcomes • Personally built pipelines, qualified candidates, managed stakeholders, and closed hires • Numerical ownership of hiring results and a clear account of which actions changed them • Record of recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers • Candidates must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain
