📋 Description

• Understand business hiring roles and map the relevant market • Construct direct searches for priority business roles • Write personalized outreach to passive candidates across LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other channels • Qualify candidate interest, availability, and basic fit • Provide a clear handover to the recruiter • Review response, positive-response, and screen-conversion data to improve targeting and messaging • Work with recruiters from the initial brief through candidate handover • Help establish the sourcing practice and work directly with recruiters and decision-makers

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on sourcing experience or exceptional evidence of ability to master sourcing quickly • Ability to construct search strategies and Boolean logic • Experience writing and improving outreach based on response quality • Experience building a pipeline from scratch for a difficult role, including analyzing failures and changes made • Numerical ownership of response, positive-response, screen, and downstream conversion metrics • Strong written English • Disciplined follow-up • Willingness to challenge a weak search premise • Candidates must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain
