📋 Description

• Help own the ATS, recruiting tools, and wider recruiting infrastructure • Map existing workflows, identify gaps, and build more effective processes • Identify repetitive or manual work and implement scalable solutions • Build dashboards and reporting covering funnel performance, hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and recruiter performance • Ensure recruiting data is accurate, structured, and usable for decision-making • Help design and operationalize scalable hiring initiatives • Ensure the operational candidate journey is consistent, efficient, and high quality • Work across Talent, hiring managers, People, and other functions to ensure processes work in practice • Proactively identify what is broken, what can be improved, and what should be built next • Manage several workstreams simultaneously and make sensible prioritization decisions without waiting for every task to be fully defined • Report directly to the Head of Operations, Talent

🎯 Requirements

• A strong academic foundation in a quantitative discipline • Excellent structured thinking and analytical ability • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Evidence of independently owning projects from problem definition through implementation • Ability to operate effectively with limited direction • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the wider objective • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders • A clear bias towards action • Interest in systems, processes, automation and data • Strong background in SQL, Python or workflow automation is a plus
