📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle Product Owner and Product Manager hiring • Define candidate profiles and identify relevant talent markets • Source candidates directly and proactively build product-talent pipelines ahead of confirmed demand • Assess candidate scope, judgement, relevance, and measurable product impact • Secure timely hiring decisions • Lead offer conversations through acceptance • Present hiring managers with evidence when profiles, search strategies, or interview processes need to change • Work directly with senior decision-makers, including the founder • Help shape product hiring within a developing Talent Acquisition function

🎯 Requirements

• In-house ownership of product hiring at a technology company • Personal experience building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and closing hires • Ability to distinguish strong Product Owners from strong Product Managers and explain differences across product contexts • Numerical ownership of hiring results and ability to explain which actions changed them • Track record of recovering difficult product searches • Experience challenging hiring decisions with evidence • Experience improving recruitment processes • Experience closing difficult offers • Candidate must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain
