📋 Description
• - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results • - Take full ownership of client performance, ensuring goals are met and exceeded • - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, retention, and growth • - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to deliver high-quality outputs • - Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients • - Communicate updates, insights, and results clearly and consistently • - Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
🎯 Requirements
• - 1–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (flexible for high-potential candidates) • - Experience managing client relationships or handling client-facing responsibilities • - Exposure to fast-paced, results-driven environments • **Nice to Have** • - Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency • - Background in eCommerce or performance marketing • - Experience working with international or North American clients
