Description

• Assist with audit remediation or audit readiness efforts • Perform gap analysis of financial processes and identify areas for improvement • Create risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within finance • Support development of financial internal controls • Perform financial reporting tasks and analyze financial data • Facilitate client engagements and communication • Lead program/project management responsibilities • Develop training materials and educational guides

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial management consulting • Supervisory experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field • Public Trust clearance required
