📋 Description
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Tech and Product roles. • Advise stakeholders on the Mexican tech talent landscape and hiring strategies. • Partner with senior engineering and product leaders throughout the hiring process. • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical talent and product roles. • Deep, practical knowledge of the tech talent market in Mexico. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
