📋 Description

• Line and disciplinary leadership of an MSAT team of 4 employees • Overall responsibility for the global Manufacturing Science & Technology function • Management of international technology transfer projects from planning through successful implementation • Ensuring technically robust manufacturing processes throughout the entire product lifecycle • Review and approval of technical documentation in the context of product and process transfers • Conducting technical assessments at external manufacturing partners and production sites • Ensuring compliance with international GMP and regulatory requirements • Technical point of contact for complex pharmaceutical and production-related questions • Close collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and external partners • Technical responsibility for evaluations in new product and transfer projects • Identifying improvement opportunities and continuously developing global MSAT processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline, e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent • Minimum 10 years' experience in Manufacturing Science & Technology, technology transfer, production or process development • Several years of line management experience with a proven track record in staff development • Strong knowledge of international GMP requirements and regulatory guidelines • Experience collaborating with international manufacturing sites and external manufacturing partners • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and conceptual skills • Strong decision-making abilities and a structured, solution-oriented work style • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence in an international environment • Excellent written and spoken German and English
