Description

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for new initiatives and projects • Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories • Lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive project success • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and project management • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Capacity to work independently or collaboratively with a cross-functional team • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks/requests • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
