• 3+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions with a focus on strategy and negotiation. • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of at least $1M. • Advanced communication skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning. • Prior experience within the construction industry or selling SaaS specifically for construction stakeholders (bonus). • Expertise in navigating complex multi-level organizational structures within the AECO market (bonus).
