Description

• Take full ownership of the design process for this project, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience • Apply user-centred design principles throughout the project, ensuring that user needs and satisfaction are at the forefront of all design decisions • Develop project-specific information architectures, user flows, and wireframes that create a cohesive and intuitive digital product • Create UI designs and prototypes that visually align with the product's brand and deliver both aesthetics and functionality • Plan and execute usability testing, using feedback to iterate on designs and refine the user experience • Collaborate with product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation in line with the project's vision • Translating the needs into design solutions that development can implement • Stay informed about design trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration to enhance the user experience

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your ability to work independently • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools - we use Figma • A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies • Proven experience taking ownership of design projects and delivering exceptional results • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills • Experience with usability testing and user research • Familiarity with development processes • Fluent English and Polish required
