📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between Engineering and Game Product teams • Partner with engineering leads and game product managers to gather requirements, identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and support roadmap planning • Own and maintain the backlog for internal engineering products and platforms • Facilitate communication among Engineering, Game Product, QA, Analytics, and other stakeholders • Translate business and technical needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications • Coordinate feature development, project timelines, releases, and stakeholder communications • Recommend priorities based on business value, engineering effort, and stakeholder feedback • Define success metrics and monitor product performance for continuous improvement • Establish standards for product requirements, documentation, release notes, and user guides • Facilitate roadmap reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings • Identify opportunities to improve internal tools, workflows, and engineering processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting technical products or engineering teams • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern software development practices • Comfortable discussing technical concepts including Unity, JavaScript, APIs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, and game development • Ability to understand technical tradeoffs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience writing product requirements and maintaining product documentation
