📋 Description

• Manage a team of Analysts, both internal and client-based, maintaining work pace and operational discipline • Deliver and complete the setup of working methodology, processes, and tools • Create controls for daily operations • Perform management analyses, results analysis, and oversee metrics within the Controllership/Finance area • Manage cash and prepare treasury projections • Participate in weekly meetings with the CFO • Attend monthly closing meetings with clients • Ensure client satisfaction through a monthly NPS evaluation • Drive better results for clients through management of reports, KPIs, and cash flow

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Coordinator, Controller, or Financial Manager • Familiarity with financial operational routines • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets • Understanding of SaaS business models • Experience in FP&A • Advanced knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting aspects • Familiarity with the utility, features, and value propositions of market financial SaaS tools • Adaptability to change • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Teamwork and collaboration • Team leadership • Interpersonal communication • Planning and organization • Client focus • Intermediate English • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields • Knowledge of the startup market and ecosystem
