📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) • Assist the Talent team with reporting needs • Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling priorities and updates • Support recruiting coordination across APAC and EMEA • Work from a shared scheduling queue to support interviews during working hours • Participate in onboarding, training, manager check-ins, and team meetings • Use AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar and Ashby • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset • Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities • Candidates must be located in India (Remote) • Ability to work 10 am–6 pm IST • Legal authorization to work in the current country of employment
