📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions • Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and closing • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across APAC and global markets • Develop regional talent maps covering companies, talent, referral networks, and candidate communities • Create an exceptional candidate experience aligned with TRM’s mission and operating principles • Use recruiting data, market insight, and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy • Drive calibration, structured feedback, and timely hiring decisions • Improve intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing strategy, debrief rigor, and offer execution • Partner with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on international hiring • Deliver recruiting milestones including intake, market mapping, recruiter screens, interview processes, and 2–3 hires within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience • Strong experience supporting international sales hiring in high-growth technology companies, preferably based in the US • Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions • Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets • Experience with market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, candidate assessment, and closing • Ability to understand complex GTM, compliance, marketing, and operations roles • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality • Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • High ownership, autonomy, persistence, and judgment • Ability to work remotely in a globally distributed environment with overlap across APAC and U.S. business hours • At least 4-hour overlap with PST business hours • Acceptance of 1099 contractor classification
