Description
• Blend marketing ops technical expertise and strategy; be a systems admin for key marketing tools while building scalable engines to centralize and streamline workflows, and helping define pipeline reporting, KPIs, and best practices • Evaluate and implement new tooling as needed; gain stakeholder alignment and buy in • Manage marketing ops resources (both headcount and agency support)
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing operations or related experience. Professional experience in SaaS, regtech, fintech, blockchain or related industries a plus • Experience with the following infra and tooling: Hubspot (expert), Salesforce, Bizible (nice to have) • A strategic thinker who can help us identify and synthesize systems and processes to achieve business goals • A resourceful self-starter who enjoys setting big goals and blazing the path to get the job done
