Description

• Assume full responsibility for developing custom models, algorithms, and data products for TRM's blockchain intelligence data platform • Work with a team to uncover valuable insights essential for detecting, preventing, and mitigating cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime • Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and research scientists to align on project goals and deliverables • Stay up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial crime

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving/critical thinking • 4+ years of experience in a managerial role • Entrepreneurial mindset • Proven experience with at least one programming language (Python preferred) • Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL) • Academic background in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Physics) • High tolerance for ambiguity • Plus/Optional: Experience with Data Engineering/ML Ops

Benefits

• Expected base salary range for this role is $195,000 - $250,000 • Eligible to participate in TRM's equity plan • Consideration for different costs for geographies outside the United States
