Description

• Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business, ensuring consistent engagement with dealers\n• Advocate for dealer success to reduce churn and problem-solve issues\n• Onboard, train, and support dealer accounts using standard practices developed to provide efficient support for a book of business...ed energy

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry\n• Experience in digital media advertising\n• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand, interpret and present data with a consultative approach\n• The ability to grasp new concepts quickly with an open mind for change and a willingness to solve problems\n• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen for understanding and influence outcomes\n• Proven track record of excellent client service\n• Ability to travel domestically by airplane or car, overnight trips can be up to 25%\n• Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management tool utilization\n• Expertise in interfacing with client contacts at various levels\n• Demonstrated ability to effectively present information including complex technical content and respond to client requirements/requests\n• Ability to understand client standards and requirements pertaining to offered products, features, and capabilities\n• Ability to communicate client requirements and methodologies to the internal organization to ensure alignment\n• Ability to represent the company within an assigned book of business\n• Ability to utilize state-of-the-art office software and learn new software\n• High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic, with a high level of energy
