Description

• Manage, maintain, and retain dealer accounts within an assigned book of business • Advocate for dealer success, reduce churn, and problem-solve issues • Onboard, train, and support dealer accounts • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders • Act as a liaison between dealers and TrueCar, understanding dealer needs and problem-solving • Monitor and resolve dealer escalations • Serve as a subject matter expert in TrueCar products • Support a team environment focused on sales goals • Report all sales activity notes within Salesforce and communicate properly with team members • Demonstrate a high level of attentiveness towards dealers and contribute to a culture of high-quality service

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry • Experience in digital media advertising • Tech-savvy with consultative data interpretation skills • Quick to grasp new concepts and solve problems • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Track record of excellent client service • Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management tools • Interfacing expertise with client contacts at various levels • Effective presentation of technical content and response to client requirements • Alignment of client requirements with internal organization • Utilization of state-of-the-art office software • High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic, high energy level

Benefits

• Competitive base salary + target incentive range of $100,000 - $140,000 • Ability to travel domestically by airplane or car, with up to 25% overnight trips • Additional benefits & perks for crew members • Home-based work as part of the Dynamic Workplace strategy
