Description

• Field service provider for TrueCar • Engage, manage, and retain dealer accounts • Report to Regional Manager, Dealer Service • Upsell TrueCar products to existing dealers • Act as liaison between dealers and TrueCar • Problem-solve issues and reduce churn • Collaborate with internal teams to support dealer needs • Establish strong relationships with dealer senior leaders • Monitor and resolve dealer escalations • Be a subject matter expert on TrueCar products • Manage account receivables • Support a team environment with strong morale • Serve as Change Agent for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in relationship management in automotive industry • Experience in digital media advertising • Tech-savvy with ability to interpret data • Quick grasp of new concepts • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools • Ability to interface with client contacts at various levels • Ability to present complex technical content • High integrity, self-starter with strong work ethic

Benefits
