Description

• Serving as a field service provider for TrueCar, responsible for engaging, managing, and retaining dealer accounts • Soft upselling of TrueCar products and features, acting as a liaison between dealers and TrueCar • Field-based position ideal for candidates in the greater Washington, D.C. or Baltimore, MD area • Collaborate with teams to support dealer needs, troubleshoot and problem-solve issues, maintain relationships with dealer leadership, monitor and resolve escalations, support product implementation and manage account receivables

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in relationship management in the automotive industry • Experience in digital media advertising • Tech-savvy and able to interpret data • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools • High integrity, self-starter with strong work ethic and energy

Benefits

• Base salary + target incentive: $100,000 - $140,000 • Additional benefits & perks provided for home workstation sustainability including monthly internet/mobile
