Description
• Craft and publish engaging content for LinkedIn posts, including content for the CEO’s profile • Develop and share creative content for Instagram posts • Actively participate in LinkedIn groups using the CEO’s profile to foster community engagement • Create a target list for outreach campaigns based on user engagement and interactions • Strategically increase the number of followers on LinkedIn and Instagram • Boost engagement rates on LinkedIn and Instagram through innovative content strategies • Execute advertisement campaigns on LinkedIn for talent acquisition purposes • Contribute to the development and content updates of websites for both client and talent acquisition • Drive increased traffic to the company website and various landing pages • Design, deliver, and maintain up-to-date landing pages for strategic purposes • Analyze and report on key website metrics to inform content and strategy improvements
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms and content creation • A strong portfolio that showcases content creation skills across various social media platforms • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other social media advertising tools • Ability to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics • Proficiency in content management systems and landing page tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes • Fluency in English and preferably in Spanish
